The purpose of this session is to provide leadership training for our reading club leaders and members. PACE leaders desire to help youth identify themselves as leaders, think big and develop real world skills through reading and enrichment activities sponsored by our members.

About the Event
PACE President Audrey Marshall will lead this session. The focus for our inital training will be to develop the leadership of PACE Reading Club participants to create positive change for themselves and their community. In addition to learning about leadership styles and effective group collaboration, participants will understand how to put their leadership skills to use. Goals of the Training: • Students feel empowered as leaders to make change in their communities. • Students build community with peers and adults • Students set goals and determine how to measure success of their personal experiences.
